PALM SUNDAY “Frugal” Lunch. A reminder of our lunch after today’s 10 a.m. service.
HOLY WEEK AND EASTER SUNDAY:
There are many opportunities to join us over Holy Week. Please note the various times for each service and that the Good Friday service is at St. Michael's.
Mon-Wed: A Contemplative Communion Service with space for prayer and reflection, 7pm
Maundy Thursday: A Communion Service with the liturgy of foot washing, 7pm
Good Friday: A shared service of readings, prayers and communion at St. Michael's, 2pm
Holy Saturday: Easter Vigil, 8pm
Easter Sunday:
A Sunrise Service of Silent Prayer, 6am
Holy Communion for Easter Day, 8am
Sung Eucharist for Easter Day, 10am
EASTER EVENT, Saturday 19th April, 10am-12:30pm: "Spring Rising" presented by our new ecumenical charity, Lewes Christian Arts, at Friends Meeting House, Lewes, BN7 2LE. Join us for music, art, poetry, play and refreshments. All ages welcome.
EASTER WINDOW, 11th-22nd April: a striking sculptural artwork will be on display in the old Lewes tourist office window on the High Street, at the top of Station Street. This artwork is Easter-inspired, and in keeping with the Spring Rising event on 19th April.
