CONFIRMATION CLASS: We will have the last of our confirmation classes today at 12pm. We will be looking at prayer.
THE WORLD MADE STRANGE: A Course on the Sayings and Parables of Jesus. This course will run in July at Church House (St. Michael's Church Hall, next to St. Michael's) on Thursdays, the 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th at 7:00pm. More information available on the flyers at the back of church.
CHURCH CLEANING, Wednesday (26th), 10am-12pm: Help welcome. Nothing too strenuous. For more information, speak to Diana.
LUNCHTIME CONCERT, Thursday (27th), 1:10pm: Brighton Chamber Ensemble. Programme to include the piano quintet by Robert Schumann. Concert lasts approximately 40 minutes. Free entry, retiring collection.
EVENSONG NEXT WEEK: Come to the second of our services of Evensong on Sunday 30th June at 6:30pm.
FSW FOODBANK: This month Family Support Work would like donations of baked beans, tea, cereal, crisps, ketchup, tinned tomatoes, tinned potatoes/vegetables, tinned meat, cleaning products, coffee, tinned fruit, rice, toiletries. Please bring to St Anne's by Thursday 4th July. (NOT CURRENTLY NEEDED: biscuits).
HUSTINGS, Churches Together Lewes Area: King's Church, Thursday 27 June, 7:30 pm (doors open at 7 pm) All are welcome to attend. The General Election Candidates for the Lewes Constituency have been invited. Questions for the candidates should be emailed to: ctlahustings@gmail.com to be received by Monday 24 June. Questions should be clear and concise, and the person sending them must attend the meeting in order to put the question. King's Church is in Brooks Road, Lewes.
ST ANNE'S OPENING TIMES: A reminder that the Church is open Monday to Saturday from 9:15 until 4pm for people to come in and explore the church or to spend some quiet time. (Times when church is open may vary depending on services and other events.)
